III. Machine description
1. Feature
XL-DP09 paper cup machine is improved based on the open cam system. This machine runs a whole procedure of paper-feeding, cup-fan-wall sealing, oiling, and bottom punching, heating, rolling, rimming, rounding and tripping. It is idea equipment for producing drinking cups, market cups, coffee cups, advertising cups, etc. It is widely used for hot drink and beverage.
If you need double PE coated paper cups or paper gram higher 250g/m2, we recommend you to use Ultrasonic paper cup machine. It can produce single PE coated paper cups and double PE coated paper cups.

III. Machine mould
We suggest that new start clients just change half set mould as it is easier, and one machine is better to go with 1-2 extra half set mould.
1. Full Set Mould
Full set mould: Different size cups with different bottom size or angle, even different size for cup height and top DIA. Clients should change full set mould to produce different sizes of cups (very difficult to change the mould).
2. Half Set Mould
Half set mould: Different size cups with same bottom size and angle. Just different size in cup height and top DIA. Clients can change half set mould to produce different sizes of cups (Easy to change the mould).
